CANCELLATION POLICY

•Please come in with clean lashes & no makeup! If getting a fill I recommend to come in with lashes washed so we can’t start right away! •Foreign Fills are accepted but Please let me know before hand before booking a fill. •Any form of payment is accepted to pay for service that includes credit cards . A card on file is required to book . Pls let me know 24 hrs in advance if unable to make appointment. Cancellations before 24hrs will result in fee. •Any no shows or same day cancellations will be charged 50% of service with the card on file and or paid through zelle & will have to send a $30 deposit to book another appointment. •If a no show / same day cancellation payment fails to go through with the card provided on file you will no longer be able to book for future services untill previous service is paid for. •Please note that deposits are NON refundable unless discussed otherwise.
